What does OEM mean in this catalogue?
OEM here means the garment is produced to your specification and carrying your marks, not our own. You are not picking a finished article off a shelf and having a logo stuck on it - the colourway, the print and the placement are all set before the run starts.
There are two ways in. You adapt one of the 52 styles already in the catalogue (40 motorsport styles and 12 baseball jerseys, across 22 teams and clubs), or you develop a style from your own artwork. Both run at MOQ 10 pieces per design.
What do I need to supply for an OEM run?
Artwork first. We need AI, SVG or EPS vector files, or a high-resolution transparent PNG. Vector is the format that scales cleanly; a low-resolution image will not hold its edge on a printed panel.
Then the specification around it:
- Which style, and whether it is adapted or new
- Colourway, including where the contrast panels sit
- Print text and numbers, and the placement of each mark
- Quantity per design, and the size split (XS-4XL)
- Any embroidery, which is available on polo and crew-neck styles
All of it is written onto the Proforma Invoice before production, so what you approve is what gets cut.
Can you modify one of the existing 52 styles?
Yes, and it is the fastest route to an OEM garment. Change the colourway, change the print text, move the badge position - the base pattern is already cut and graded, so nothing is built from zero.
Modifying an existing style also keeps the MOQ at 10 pieces per design and avoids the extra sampling cycle a new pattern needs. If your design is close to something already in the catalogue, say so and it is matched to the nearest style first.
What does developing a style from scratch involve?
Four steps, in this order. Send the artwork and the spec to +86 181 7757 2115; you get the Proforma Invoice with the specification written out line by line; approve a single-piece sample of the new style; then release the bulk run at MOQ 10 pieces per design.
The sample step is the one worth keeping. A new pattern is the only case where a photograph cannot tell you whether the panels sit where you intended them to.
What are the MOQ and lead times on OEM work?
MOQ is 10 pieces per design - per design, not per size and not per team, and OEM work does not raise it. One order can mix teams, styles, seasons and sizes, and the whole order is quoted together.
Production is 7-10 days for blank stock and 10-15 days where printing or embroidery is involved. Shipping is DHL door-to-door, 5-12 days depending on destination, with the tracking number out within 24 hours of pickup. DDP is available on most US, UK, EU and AU lanes.
How does OEM pricing relate to the stock styles?
They share one ladder. The base garment is $10 at 10-49 pieces, $9 at 50-99 and $8 at 100 and above on short-sleeve styles; long versions are $16, $15 and $14. The tier follows the total volume on the order, so a mixed order reaches it faster than a single-design order does.
Your mark goes on top of that: name and number printing is +$2 per piece for up to 20 characters plus the number, and badges, sleeve marks and embroidery are quoted per piece from your artwork.
