What does private label mean here?
Private label means the order is produced and shipped under your label rather than ours. The label on the order is yours, and the parcel that arrives at the other end carries no supplier branding on it.
That is the whole of it. It is not a separate production line and it is not a separate price list - the same 52 styles across 22 teams and clubs are available, and the same production runs behind them.
Which private label elements can be applied to an order?
The label element is plain outer packing. It is free, it carries no supplier branding, and it is what makes a shipment safe to receive as your own.
Your own marks on the garment are a separate matter and they run through the print and embroidery side. Bring AI, SVG or EPS vector artwork, or a high-resolution transparent PNG, and the mark is applied during production. Marks beyond name and number - badges, sleeve marks, embroidery - are quoted per piece from the artwork.
Everything to be applied is written onto the Proforma Invoice before production starts, so nothing is left assumed between the brief and the run.
Does private label change the minimum order quantity?
No. MOQ stays 10 pieces per design, counted per design - not per size, and not per team. Private label does not raise it and does not add a setup minimum on top.
Sample orders still start from 1 piece, which is the cheapest way to approve a label and a mark before the first production run.
Inside one order you can combine teams, styles, seasons and sizes freely, and the whole order is quoted together.
How is a private label order priced?
Off the same published ladder, driven by total volume on the order. Short-sleeve styles are $10 at 10-49 pieces, $9 at 50-99 and $8 at 100 and above. Long versions are $16, $15 and $14 on the same tiers.
Name and number printing adds $2 per piece for up to 20 characters plus the number, applied by heat press. Badges, sleeve marks and embroidery are quoted per piece from your artwork. F1 jackets and race suits sit outside the ladder and are quoted per order.
Freight is quoted separately by weight and destination, so your landed cost is a visible line on the invoice rather than something buried in the unit price.
How does private label stock ship?
Default is DHL door-to-door, with FedEx or UPS on request, and 5-12 days in transit depending on destination. DDP is available on most US, UK, EU and AU lanes.
Plain outer packing means the parcel can go straight to a drop-ship address instead of to you first. Tracking numbers follow within 24 hours of pickup, so your customer can be updated as soon as the parcel moves.
