How does an export order ship from China?
Default is DHL door-to-door. If your account or your country works better on another network, FedEx or UPS can be arranged instead - say so when you order, because it changes the freight line on the Proforma Invoice. There is no forwarder for you to appoint and no port for you to clear: the shipment leaves our side addressed to your door.
Outer packing is plain and free, so the carton carries no supplier branding and the shipment can be sent straight on to your own customer. Once the parcel is picked up, the tracking number reaches you within 24 hours.
How is freight calculated, and why is it not in the unit price?
Freight is quoted by weight and destination, on its own line, separately from the garment price. A 60-piece order to Hamburg and a 60-piece order to Lagos are the same garment block and completely different freight. If freight were baked into the unit price, every buyer would pay a blended rate and light nearby orders would subsidise heavy distant ones.

What is the difference between DDP and ordinary express for a buyer?
DDP is available on most US, UK, EU and Australian lanes. On ordinary express the consignee is the importer of record, so duty and tax are assessed on arrival and the courier bills you after delivery - sometimes a week later, which is how a landed cost surprises a buyer who only budgeted the goods.
On DDP the shipment is cleared and delivered with nothing further to pay at the door. What we do not do is advise on valuation or on trimming a duty bill: customs treatment is the importer's responsibility under their own country's rules, and we ship on the invoice value you agree to.
Which documents come with an export shipment?

- Commercial invoice and packing list accompanying the shipment.
- Air waybill and tracking number from DHL, FedEx or UPS, sent within 24 hours of pickup.
Payment runs by T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union or USDT on TRC20 or ERC20. Larger orders normally carry a 30% deposit with the balance against the tracking number.

Order confirmed, Proforma Invoice issued and held 14 days, payment received, production 7-10 or 10-15 days, a photo of the packed order sent to you, balance settled, courier pickup, tracking number within 24 hours, then delivery on your lane's transit time. If a piece arrives faulty, photograph it within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or credit it against your next order.
