MotorsportFanWear.net is a China-based supplier of F1 teamwear at a minimum of 10 pieces per design, counted per design rather than per size or per team. Samples start at 1 piece, teams and styles can be mixed on one order, and the whole order is priced together. Send your team list to +86 181 7757 2115.
What is the lowest order quantity for F1 teamwear?
The minimum is 10 pieces per design, and it applies to every motorsport style in the catalogue as well as to the baseball jerseys. There is no second, higher minimum hiding behind the F1 team shirts, and no minimum order value layered on top of the piece count.
Samples are the one exception to the rule. Sample orders start at 1 piece, so you can hold a garment in your hands before you commit to a run of ten.
Is the 10-piece minimum counted per design, per size or per team?
Per design, and nothing else. Ten pieces of one style clears the threshold whatever size split you use inside it: six medium and four large is a valid ten, and so is one piece in each of ten sizes.
It is not counted per team either. The minimum sits on the design line, so adding a second team to the same order does not double it.
Can I combine several teams on one order to reach the minimum?
Yes. Teams, styles, seasons, sleeve lengths and sizes can all be mixed inside a single order, and the whole order is quoted together. Nothing pushes you into single-team buying.
Mixing is also what sets your price tier, and that works in your favour. Thirty pieces of one team plus thirty of another is a 60-piece order at the $9 short-sleeve rate, not two 30-piece orders at $10.
How are samples counted if I only want one piece?
A sample is 1 piece, drawn from the same production line as a bulk run rather than built as a special item. It is quoted at the 10-49 piece rate plus freight to your address.
On a first order the sample is usually what settles the question. Fabric weight, collar shape, print and size chart are things you read with your hands, not from a photograph. Ask for one on WhatsApp at +86 181 7757 2115 with the style and your size.
Does a low minimum push the unit price up?
No. The published base prices are $10 / $9 / $8 per piece for short sleeves at 10-49, 50-99 and 100+ pieces, with long versions at $16 / $15 / $14 on the same tiers. The 10-49 band is the entry band, not a surcharge band.
Two things sit outside that ladder and are quoted per order: F1 jackets and race suits, and freight, which depends on weight and destination. Name and number printing adds $2 per piece, while sponsor marks, sleeve badges and embroidery are quoted per piece from your artwork.
How long does a first small trial order take, and what does it cost?
Work the timeline backwards from the courier. Production is 7-10 days for blank stock and 10-15 days where printing is involved, then DHL door-to-door runs 5-12 days depending on destination. A ten-piece trial with no printing is therefore about two to three weeks door to door.
On cost, it is unit price plus freight, with no setup charge on the base garment. Larger orders normally run a 30% deposit with the balance against the tracking number, and the Proforma Invoice holds for 14 days.
Send the team list, quantities and size split to +86 181 7757 2115 and you get a priced PI back with every line broken out, so the trial is fully costed before anything is paid.
Below ten pieces the line does not open for bulk pricing, which is why the sample route exists alongside it. One piece answers the fit question, ten pieces answer the price question, and the two together are usually what a first order is built on.
