How does a wholesaler build one order?
One order, one price calculation. Inside it you can mix teams, styles, seasons and sizes freely - short-sleeve and long versions, crew necks and polos, motorsport and baseball - and the whole order is quoted together. The only floor is the MOQ of 10 pieces per design, which applies per design, not per size and not per team.
That is the structure a wholesale buyer needs: a size curve rather than a single size, and several teams on one shipment rather than one team at a time.
Why does whole-order tiering work in the wholesaler's favour?
Because the tier follows the order total, not each line. Take 30 pieces of one team and 30 pieces of another:
- As one 60-piece order: $9 per piece, so $540 for the garment block.
- As two separate 30-piece orders: $10 per piece each, so $600 for the same 60 garments.
Same goods, same decoration, $60 apart - and the gap widens as more lines are added. This is the biggest single lever a wholesale buyer has on unit cost, and it is the opposite of how a per-line quote behaves. Long versions price on their own ladder at $16, $15 and $14, but the volume that decides the tier is still the whole order. How does a first trial order run?
Two steps, and the first is optional. A sample order from 1 piece lets you check fabric, stitching and any print before committing. Then the real order starts at 10 pieces per design and runs up from there in whatever size curve you sell.
A trial can cover several teams at once, as long as each design clears its own 10-piece minimum: ten pieces of one team plus ten of another is a 20-piece trial. Sizes run XS to 4XL, and the size split is what turns a trial into a read on demand rather than a guess.
How do reorders and repeat runs work?
A reorder goes down the same line as the first order: 7-10 days for blank stock, 10-15 days where printing is involved, then DHL door-to-door in 5-12 days. With the artwork, size split and print placement already on file, a reorder needs no re-briefing - you send the quantities and it goes.
Two things change on a repeat. The tier is recalculated on the new order total, so a reorder that grows can cross into a lower band. And a reorder is the right moment to adjust the size curve, because the sizes that sold out are now known rather than guessed.
How does wholesale pricing differ from retail pricing?
There is no retail markup on this side of the transaction and no retail packaging either. The base prices of $10, $9 and $8 per piece are the wholesale prices at those quantities. Outer packing is plain and free, so a shipment carries no supplier branding and can be sent straight on to your own customer.
What you supply is the demand and the size curve; what we supply is the garment, the decoration and the export paperwork. Freight is quoted separately by weight and destination so the cargo cost is visible against the goods cost, and the Proforma Invoice holds for 14 days - long enough to price the goods onward before you commit.

Payment is T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union or USDT on TRC20 or ERC20; larger orders normally run a 30% deposit with the balance against the tracking number.
