1. About Us
MotorsportFanWear is a B2B wholesale supplier of motorsport team apparel and baseball jersey-cut shirts, shipping direct from China. We sell to resellers, retailers, fan shops, dropshippers and club buyers worldwide. Everything we supply is an unbranded-by-license garment: we are not an official licensed channel for any team, club, league or driver, and we issue no retail hangtags or authenticity certificates.
2. Order Acceptance
An order is accepted only after we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and you confirm it in writing. The prices on a confirmed PI are locked for 14 days from issue. Production starts only after the deposit clears.
3. Payment Terms
Standard terms: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against the tracking number on dispatch. Repeat customers with three or more completed orders may negotiate alternative terms. Accepted methods: T/T bank transfer, PayPal Goods & Services, Western Union and USDT (TRC20 or ERC20). Bank and transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Pricing
Pricing is quote-based and issued per order on a Proforma Invoice. We do not publish unit prices on this site because the number depends on the mix — garment style, quantity, print and personalization, size split and destination freight all move it. What is fixed and publishable: minimum order quantity is 10 pcs per design, and you may mix teams, styles and sizes freely within one order to reach it. Sample orders from 1 pc are available on request at sample pricing. Custom name and number printing, sponsor marks and sleeve badges are quoted as separate lines on the PI, never bundled invisibly into the garment price.
5. Shipping
DHL / FedEx / UPS door-to-door, with transit typically 5–12 days depending on region — see Shipping for the per-region windows. DDP (delivered duty paid) is available on most US, UK, EU and AU lanes, in which case duties and VAT are settled by us before delivery; confirm the lane before you price your own retail. Sea freight LCL or FCL is quoted on request for shipments above roughly 100 kg. Freight is shown as a separate line on the PI. The buyer is responsible for an accurate delivery address; address corrections after dispatch incur courier fees which are passed through at cost.
6. Customization & Lead Time
Blank stock production runs about 7–10 days. Orders carrying custom name and number printing run about 10–15 days. Sleeve badges and additional marks add a few days more. Full custom team kits built to buyer-supplied artwork and logos run 15–25 days. Production starts once the deposit clears.
7. Quality & Returns
Every piece is inspected before packing. Faulty pieces — a print error, a fabric defect, or a size that does not match what was ordered on our side — are replaced or credited against your next order; send photographs within 14 days of delivery. Claims for size that was ordered incorrectly because our published centimetre measurements were not consulted are not eligible for return, because the return freight on a small order usually exceeds the value of the goods.
8. Intellectual Property
Team names, club crests, sponsor marks and league badges that appear on the garments are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of them. We do not supply fake retail hangtags, fraudulent authenticity certificates or counterfeit brand labelling of any kind. The buyer is responsible for marketing and labelling compliance in their destination market, and for any product-safety or textile-labelling requirements that apply there.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value of the affected items. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from the buyer's resale of the goods.
10. Governing Law
Disputes are resolved under the laws of the People's Republic of China. We ask that you raise any problem with us directly on WhatsApp or by email first — nearly everything is settled there.
